Benefits & Guarantees

No Sales Tax
No sales tax on all orders shipped within the United States.

International orders are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but may incur taxes and duties in the customs process of the destination country. You will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties incurred in the delivery of international orders.


Price Match Guarantee
We want to make sure you're getting your designer shoes at the best price possible. If another website offers a lower price on the item you're interested in, and the same style, size, and color are available on the competitor's site we will match their price, as long as the conditions below apply:

  1. Special promotions, such as rebates, gift certificates, and "buy one get one free" offers are not eligible.
  2. The item must be currently available in the same size, style, and color that it is on the Pelle Line website, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's Web site.
  3. Guarantee applies to pricing on Web sites only, not competitor brick-and-mortar stores.
  4. The Web site must not be an auction site, a discount site (like overstock.com, 6pm.com and smartbargains.com), Amazon.com or a paid-membership club.
  5. Web site must be run by a U.S. Corporation.
  6. Price difference applies to full cost of the item minus any promotions, and does not include tax.
  7. Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.

* Please note, purchases made through our price match guarantee policy may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will only be issued on price match guarantee purchases for manufacturer defect, or if the wrong size was shipped by our warehouse.

Payment Methods We Accept
Pelle Line customers may make purchases using major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, Google Checkout or Paypal.

How to Order
Simply add products to your shopping cart, click on Checkout, and follow our three step checkout process. First fill in your billing and shipping address information. Next fill in your credit card information or select an alternate payment method, also select your desired shipping method from our list of options. Lastly, confirm your order details by clicking 'Confirm Order'. Please note credit cards will be charged just prior to order's shipping. If you elected to pay by Paypal, you will be taken to our Paypal payment page where you will need to finalize your Paypal payment.

International Orders (Outside USA)

Payment Methods We Accept
For international orders, the secure payment method we accept is Paypal.

Paypal allows you to use your international credit card, or Paypal account balance to make payment for your order. If you do not already have a Paypal account, setting one up is free and easy, and will allow you to place future orders very quickly. Visit Paypal.com to register your Paypal account.

How to Order
Simply add products to your shopping cart, click on Checkout, and follow our three step checkout process. First fill in your billing and shipping address information. Next select Paypal as the payment method and International Priority Mail as the shipping method. Lastly, click 'Confirm Order' to finalize your order details. You will then be taken to our Paypal payment page where you will need to finalize your Paypal payment.



Changing or Cancelling an Order
To change or cancel your order please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order.




Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping Options
Pelle Line ships via UPS. You will be able to see your shipping charges and select your shipping method during checkout.

For information on international shipping methods see the section below entitled 'International Shipping'.

Delivery Times
Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with UPS Standard Ground Service. All other available UPS shipping methods in your area guarantee the delivery time (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3-Day).

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.



International Shipping Options
* please note we do not ship Alden Shoes outside the USA

We ship international orders via USPS International Priority Mail. Shipping for all international orders is $55 for the first item, and $15 for each additional item on your order.

Please note, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country. These fees are the responsiblity of the customer. PelleLine.com does not charge or have any control over international duty and tax rates. To find out what your country's import duty/tax rates may be for your order, you may contact your local customs office. Customers are responsible for any shipment refusal charges due to customs issues. In the case of a refused shipment, the original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and other return shipment charges incurred may be deducted from the customer's refund upon receipt of the refused shipment.

Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time on international orders is 6-10 days from the time the order ships, for most countries. Delivery times can vary based upon your countries customs clearance procedure. Please contact us if you require International Express Mail shipping.

Order Tracking
When you place your order you will receive an account activation email which will allow you to access your order information and track order status. Click on the link within that email to activate your account, and access all your orders through your account page. When an order ships a tracking number will be visible on the order information screen. This tracking number allows you 24 hour access to the status of your order. Visit UPS Online Tracking Page to track the shipment.




Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. You may return or exchange an item within 15 days after receipt of your order. Please note that there is a $7.99 restocking fee for returns made for refund. Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued on returns that fall into the following categories and meet the return specifications:
a. The fit isn't correct
b. Manufacturer defect
c. Wrong size was ordered by customer or shipped by our warehouse

Exchanges will be available for returns made for any other reason.

Please note that Price Match Guarantee purchases fall into a special category, and can be returned for refund only in the case of manufacturer defect, or the wrong item/size was shipped from our warehouse. Price Match Guarantee purchases can be returned for exchange, for all other reasons.

All returns/exchanges must be returned to Pelle Line in their original condition, in original packaging, including shoe dust covers and all tags. Pelle Line does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.

Prior to sending back your return, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and specific return instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of your package. Items being sent back for return/exchange must be received by PelleLine within 10 days of your receiving return authorization information from us. Any returns/exchanges not marked with a Return Authorization Number may be rejected.




Fitting

Pelle Line does not want you to worry about the fit of your shoe purchase. Please use the size scale below which shows the equivalent U.S., European and U.K. sizes to ensure you choose the correct size.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
